DTS Municipal Access Plus

The DTS Municipal Access Client permits authorized users to view and print recorded documents for their municipalities directly from the TrakRecord Land Record Management System.  The base package is provided to the municipalities free of charge.

DTS also sells an upgraded version of the software called DTS MuniAccess Plus.

MuniAccessPlus allows you to do more then simply print out your images. It will allow you to download and save both the images and the index data so it can then be imported into your systems. DTS can also provide Document Management software to Municipalities looking for a system.

Beyond the MuniAccessPlus level there is also the MuniAccessAPI. This will allow you to embed Web Service calls directly into your applications to retrieve the data in real time.

With MuniAccessAPI your application would be able to pull read-only data directly from the counties system as if it were a part of the your database. DTS can provide professional services to help you implement MuniAccessAPI. Call us for more information

DTS Municipal Access Plus Overview

The enhanced query form allows you to retrieve more data for the selected documents by choosing specific index data fields to include in the data results. You also have the ability to save and reload queries to ensure consistent results.

In the enhanced results screen you will have the added ability to export the results data as XML that can then be imported into the system of your choice. You will also have the ability to export the images to disk allowing you to integrate the images into your own document management application.
